Servicing rooms at 1am 😡
Posted Jan. 31, 2024 on HotelsRoom comfort was shocking, from the pillows, to the bed. Even the cleaniness of the bathroom was dreadful(ground in stains on toilet and sink)
And to top all that off my final nights stay was greeted by staff carrying out room service duties at 1am for around 30 minutes(hoovering & particularly loud shouting between the 3 staff)
I then could not get back to sleep for the remainder of the night
Really unhappy customer

This quaint hotel was conveniently located for us after a very complicated and long day of travel complications. Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and restaurant/bar was much appreciated and tasty. Made a world of difference for our journey.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was not what was pictured and some machines were broken, but good stay otherwise
