Room was amazing, location fantastic. Front desk service was abysmal, had to call multiple times for the same thing. The app the hotel uses doesn’t work and they never actually deliver on the requests put through the app. The level of service you receive depends entirely on who’s working that day.

Nice modern hotel. Let down badly by restaurant. Only poor buffet on offer, not good. 3rd floor bar was also closed when it should have been open. Not acceptable in a large hotel like this.

Excellent hotel near Frankfurt HBF.

Spacious room and 10mins walk from Frankfurt HBF station. The area around the hotel is safe and no gathering homeless men.

Actual sound proof room, so very quiet! Next to major shopping mall and surrounding shops. Amazing skyline view and the breakfast was fantastic!

The AC system was very poor. We booked our room during the summer, and it was always uncomfortably warm. The room, and even the hallway, had a damp, musty smell. The cleanliness was unacceptable — the side tables and the area under the bed were covered in dust and dirt. Even the coffee cups provided in the room were dirty.
