Would have been 5 stars but 2 things, 1 not really much located close to the hotel and dining options are limited though food was good quality. Airport shuttle very convenient. 2nd issue was getting extra towels took multiple requests and some of the front desk staff seem a little rude.

Perfect for a one night stay close to the Airport with a free 24 hour shuttle every 20 minutes. Many flight crews stay at this Hotel which ensures a safe and secure stay.

Our room was very large, like an apartment with 2 bathrooms which we loved! There were a lot of non working items. 1 of 2 TVs didn't work. A few burned out lightbulbs. The airport shuttle is amazingly convenient and they were perfectly on time

The room is spacious and the bathroom had great amenities. However the bed and pillows were absolutely awful. There was a huge hole torn in the headboard that was not visible until we moved the pillows at night. The bedding smelled musty and we did not feel clean. Breakfast was lacking.

Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Room was great. Best shower in two weeks in Germany! A/C worked great. Shuttle trip took 3 minutes! Will stay there next time, and dinner in lounge was excellent also.
