The house was small but there was enough space to comfortably fit my family and not feel over crowded. The seperate play area/room for the kids was great. It also had toys readily available for them to play with. There were tvs available but we were unable to access them. They did not reach the outlets and if it did the remotes did not work for them. They were also not smart tvs and had no cable access. There was no drinkware in the kitchen, only coffee cups and tiny espresso/shooter type cups. They were adorable but not very functional. The listing says hot tub, there isnt one. They also require you to remove your own trash but do not provide a reciptical to remove it. They told us to go to a commercial dumpster behind the market. Which is illegal. Owner did not reply when I asked if they had authorization to do that. Owner also took hours to repsond. If an emergency happened we would be stuck. Overall the house was cute and met our needs. Just a little quirky and not accurately listed.

Best Rental

This is by far one the best rentals. Very clean, owner is very nice, the private back yard is super awesome. I would go back in a heart beat. Highly recommended.

Wonderful family weekend

Five of us, including my three-year-old twin grandchildren, had a delightful two days playing in the snow at Mt. Pinos, just up the road from this comfortable house in Frazier Park. The three bedrooms suited us perfectly, as did the open plan living space.

Very cute cabin- don’t recommend in summer

Cabin was super cute- very clean. The air conditioning was not great- it was 86* in the house until about 8pm. Overnight was also incredibly hot. We all got up early and left. AC unit is a mobile unit- blows cold air- but not sufficient for whole house during heat wave.

Cute place

This was a cute place and we only had to drive 7 minutes to get to the snow. The listing says there is a third bedroom with a sleeping couch but most won’t fit that sleeping couch. We still managed to fit our whole party in the 2 bedrooms, but it was tight.
