Featuring a private hot tub and fire pit, it's the ideal way to end any day!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full home, private driveway, and backyard with a hot tub. Some closet spaces are closed.

Tucked in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood just a mile off Main Street. The perfect location for relaxing and exploring Fredericksburg.

Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, FCM Homes Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.



Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.



HOUSE RULES:

- Occupancy [ 8 ]

- Streaming is available using your own accounts.

- Extra blankets, linens, and pillows in closets.

- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

- The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

- There is a small fire pit and charcoal grill in the backyard. We kindly ask guests to bring their own supplies and extinguish any flames/coals after each use.

- NO pets allowed.

- Smoking is NOT allowed.

- Fireworks are not allowed.

- Parties or events are NOT allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.

- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay.

- Please note this property has an unsupervised water feature. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Please, no glass or food in the spa area.

- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.

- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.

- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.

- In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.



HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
