It was a great experience, start to finish. The cabin was beautiful, loved the front porch. It was easy to find, not too far from town.I'd recommend it and hope to stay again someday.
The cabin itself is beautifulâtucked away on a quiet back road with a great view, nice appliances, and cozy vibes. However, a few things during our stay were disappointing, mainly the kitchen cleanliness, the hot tub issues, and the pricey late-checkout option. When we arrived, there were dried food stains on the kitchen counters and no cleaning supplies, so we had to buy our own before feeling comfortable cooking. It doesnât inspire confidence when thatâs the first thing you see, though they do offer plenty of utensils and appliances like a crock pot, blender, toaster, and pots and pans. The hot tub wasnât heating up and had no instructions. When we asked, we were only told to take it out of âEco modeâ without being told how. We ended up searching the modelâs manual and pressing random buttons until it finally warmedâby the next day. We only used it 1 of our 4 nights, which was disappointing since it was a main reason we booked. Late checkout was also unclear and expensive. It charges 60 before even telling you the extended time. After being approved, we only received an extra hour and a half, which doesnât feel worth the cost. Some AC units were also confusing or not working well, even in the bedrooms. Overall, we still enjoyed the cabinâs coziness and had a great Thanksgiving as a small family. We would stay again, but hope these suggestions are taken into consideration!
Overall everything was pleasant, no issues. The only issue was that we were unsure how to use the hot tub, maybe some instructions on how to use the tub would be useful.
The pictures won't do thisbplace justice. It was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed every second of our stay and will definitely be back! Plus, the kids miss the friendly rooster that my 4 year old named "Ja"!
No complaints. We had everything we needed, the kitchen had dishes, utensils, coffee pot. I would like to recommend putting blackout curtains or something to help with cooling the living area better, maybe a larger ceiling fan. The bedrooms stayed nice and cold. We enjoyed our stay.
