The house is about 1,000 sqft with 2 bedrooms both with king beds and 1 bathroom. Open floor plan with nice living room, sectional sofa, full-size kitchen, large island with seating, appliances and kitchenware. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower, a double sink vanity, and a washer & dryer.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Joseph was very accommodating and quick to respond. The location of the house is perfect. Walkable to Main Street but far enough away for a very quiet and relaxing escape. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch each morning with coffee. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great cabin, great location!

Had a great visit. Property was clean, well stocked, and close to all that Fredericksburg had to offer. My 95 year old mother especially enjoyed all the wildlife we could watch out the front window. Will definitely visit again.

Girls getaway weekend

My granddaughter and I stayed at this home for a girls getaway weekend. It was the perfect place to stay. The home is very clean and comfortable, and is close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises and deer in the mornings. We will definitely book this home next time we visit Fredericksburg.

Wonderful stay would recommend!!!

This house was perfect for our annual girls trip. Cute, comfy and conveniently located to all the fun activities that we had planned. The neighborhood was quiet and we even saw deer in the yard on the morning of our departure. I will be staying here again & would recommend it to anyone with a small group looking for the perfect place.

Great TV

Was in town for a Porsche Club event, but I'm also a big college football fan and wanted to be able to catch up with all the big games over the weekend. The big TV was a selling point for me and it did not disappoint. Place was very clean and comfortable.

Girls Trip

We had an amazing time at this house. It was perfect for just the three of us girls. It was an extremely safe and comfortable neighborhood. Very homey house. Joseph was very kind and responsive as well!!! Perfect location to Main Street as well, I loved that we could drop by the house to drop off to go boxes or go to the restroom.I will be definitely booking this house again! Thank you for having us.

3rd Times a Charm

This was my third time booking this location and once again I was not disappointed. The location is perfect. On our way into town we visited two wineries and while staying at the College St Retreat, we shopped and made time to hike at Enchanted Rock.
