The Space:

Escape to this charming one-bedroom, one-bath retreat, an ideal haven for your serene and adventure-packed getaway to the picturesque hill country. The snug atmosphere of the living area beckons you to unwind after a day of exploration. Sink into the sofa, where you can choose your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV, or simply savor the highlights of your day. While Fredericksburg boasts a plethora of tempting dining options, the well-equipped kitchen invites you to craft your own culinary masterpiece. Alternatively, a grill on the back patio awaits those who prefer outdoor cooking.

Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-70lb weight limit and two dogs max allowed.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Cozi authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.

Host interaction needs to be improved. We drove hours and arrived in the dark. I logged into the app to get our access code to get in our rental. Then I discovered I had to go through a multi step process to gain access to that information . It’s been a dreary rainy day and now it’s dark. Then I find out you need to scan in your license, do selfies answer a bunch of questions, I’m tired I just want in. This should’ve been sent and completed when I made the reservations. After the selfie the app froze. Now I’m contacting the host to get help. I finally get the code, but since I wasn’t able to complete everything I don’t have access to other information like WiFi password. So that means another phone call even tho they told me there was a booklet with all of that inside the residence. No booklet either. It’s not how I wanted to start our trip.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The place is exactly like the pictures, immaculate and the backyard even had a gate that opens into a green patch for the dog. I believe this would only be for the dog friendly one. The hot tub was an icing on the cake at night after a long day of drinking wine at the wineries. The condo is located close to Main Street and downtown. There is also a Walmart next to it and a starbucks 5 mins away. We’ll be back here with friends.

30th Anniversary

The property was lovely. After our stay, I'm not sure I ever want to stay in a hotel again. Loved the fact it's on the 1st floor, no elevator to wait for, just to take Cosmo for a walk. The reason for our stay, it was our 30th anniversary and the condo was the perfect place to stay. Next time I will wait for warmer weather, just a tad warmer. We enjoyed our stay. Would defiantly stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

The stay was incredible! The property was new, but it had a warmth to it when you walked in. Having the private hot tub was an awesome experience too. We ended up cooking while we were there, and we had everything we needed. We ended up at the wrong location at first, however Julio, customer service, was thorough and patient as we figured everything out. The maintenance gentleman was also very pleasant and was helpful as well. We'll most likely stay at another Cozi property when we return in the future!
