The hotel ran out of towels. I requested them. They wrote a note at the desk; I never received additional towels, even after asking three housekeepers. My Niece and Nephew both cut their feet on screws in the pool area. It was completely unacceptable!!! There was no hot water in the shower for 2 days. A housekeeper knocked on my door; to tell me I was past checkout time, when I still had another night on my room. I had better expectations from the hotel.

Our room had many problems, the tv kept going off the phone to front desk didn’t work and worst of all there was a loud banging from pipes. They were very nice and switched our room and everything was good in the room on the top floor.

The room was fine. However, the parking lot was ridiculous. At the time, this was a few days after the recent snow and ice storm, however, the parking lot was not shoveled at all. We almost fell a few times because of the ice and we weren’t able to utilize most of the parking spaces

The room size and amenities were awesome. We will overlook that the television didn’t work. Everything else was wonderful, best bed pillows ever! Breakfast was pretty awesome, too. Now, this was not five star dining but pretty great for a Holiday Inn!!

I would stay here each and every time I visit Fredericksburg. Everyone was SO kind. They made fresh cookies everyday. They were courteous and everything was clean. The pool was heated and clean. I have zero complaints!
