The house is so cute! It’s perfect because every bedroom has a bathroom and the pool is perfectly heated and the hot tub is just fantastic. Great place for our pet as well since it was fenced in. No grass all turf which keeps the place super neat and clean. Our 4th annualTrip to fredricksburg and we loved it!!!

This house is perfect! 4 adults & 2 teenagers all fit very comfortably. The house itself is so open & spacious w/high ceilings & tons of light. The interior is open concept w/a large living area, long dining table & big island w/bar stools. We’ve had many thanksgivings in F-Burg & never know the kitchen amenities, but this kitchen was fully equipped & the stove/oven was perfect for all cooking we did. The sink was large & the dishwasher/refrigerator were perfect w/a large group, little things like this are what make the stay more enjoyable. All bedrooms were nice size & each had their own bathroom/shower which were very new/clean/nice. There were extra towels & blankets in the laundry room & bedrooms, I did lots of laundry for my family, having a full washer/dryer was helpful to me personally. The upstairs had the cutest ‘glam’ bar area w/bar stools & light up vanity mirrors so the girls could get ready together. This was such a cute touch. The back yard was fully fenced, large & amazing! The pool was heated & sauna was hot, our family really enjoyed this! There’s a fire pit, only used it once, but a fun extra. We had a great time in the back yard! The house was in a perfect location, close to HEB & very close to town. We have DEFINITELY found the house we will be renting from now on when we return to F-Burg! Can’t wait to come back! And Sean is easy to reach & quick to help, a wonderful host! AMAZING house & AMAZING trip! Will return!! Thank you Sean!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for my family. My only complaint was I wish the beds had been softer and the house is missing an ironing board. So we had to iron all of our clothes on the kitchen countertop. My daughter loved the swimming pool and hot tub. She stayed in the pool for hours. The house was great! We loved the neighborhood. It was so quiet and we loved the view in front of the house.

The house was perfect for our girls’ trip of seven. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the open living area and outdoor space were enjoyed by all. The location was great—just a short drive to Main Street. We’d definitely book again for a future trip!

Perfect stay for our family getaway

This home is super cute! We were a group of 7 and had more than enough space and sleeping options for everyone in our group. There’s a nice setup at the top of the stairs with four vanity mirrors. This was perfect for the 4 teen girls in our group to get ready each day. Sean is a wonderful host, and responds quick. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay.It was clean and it had all the necessary kitchen supplies and coffee items.A bathroom for every bedroom was very nice.Pool needed cleaning but after a call to the agent someone came out the same day to clean it.One upstairs bed was broken but was repair quickly after calling it in.We were a group of eight and really enjoyed all the patio seating and the hot tub.

OMGOODNESS!!!! Absolutely Fabulous! I would definitely book again. The owner was professional and quick to response. Very good on any updates or changes. It was 12 in our party very spacious for us. Kitchen had anything we needed in order to cook daily. We truly enjoyed our stay.. thank you again
