The piece de resistance is the glorious swimming pool/ hot tub and outdoor kitchen dining area that guests will have access to. A home away from home!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

This place is darling, very well appointed. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Place is clean and bedrooms and baths are spacious. I appreciated the good lighting for reading. Pool is lovely. Walking distance to town. Highly recommend.

Staying in Garage Apartment

The listing is deceiving, this is a garage apartment and owners live on property. During our stay, the owners had a party and the property owners/ management company failed to share this information with us ahead of time. The stay was awkward as we felt watched the entire time we were out in the patio. The apartment was clean though. FYI - there is an extra cost for heating the entire pool.

Perfect girls weekend getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for us! We enjoyed every moment! The pool, the beds, the showers, the atmosphere, the location - I could go on and on! We felt very welcomed by our hosts. They were very respectful of our privacy, any time we were out in the pool they made sure to close the blinds or move to another room. They were so kind to work with. We will definitely be back!

The property was great! Somewhere in the reservation process it was not clear that we would have up to 4 people each night at the house, could have been my that I failed to make that clear when we reserved the property. Needless to say, we felt "watched" through windows the entire time we were there. Our kids did end up having to stay with us unexpectedly due to other circumstances, and I did not mind paying the extra charge. It was just an awkward experience.

When we arrived received code to enter property it was above the garage and the property owners would be on premises Privacy is privacy just because you won’t be outside when I am doesn’t make it private. Waste of time and money. We did not stay due to. Went and rented a hotel instead. This was not in the description of property when we looked to rent. Did not get any of our money back, when I complained about it Oh we are very sorry you are unhappy Well if you sell lies that’s what you get is unhappy people.
