Beautiful guest cabin located outside Fredericksburg area on 10 acres with a beautiful hot tub and outdoor shower. The cabin has an open concept and is approximately 500 sqft.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!
- Please note: The pond is located on the other side of a fence that is not accessible to guests and has never been advertised as an amenity for guests. Due to the persistent drought conditions in Texas, the pond has now completely dried up, rendering it no longer visible from the cabin. Photos of pond views have been removed.
- Please absolutely NO walking past the wire fence. Please DO NOT touch or feed the donkey's. If you would like to know, the donkey's names are Coco and Hershey. Newly added 2 longhorns; the mom and baby! We hope you enjoy seeing them roam around.
- Please know the owner's house is about 70 feet away from the cabin. However, we'd like to clarify that the owners have taken steps to ensure guest privacy. A privacy fence (8 ft tall) has been thoughtfully erected between the cabin and the owner's residence, creating a clear boundary. From the cabin, you cannot see the owner's house, and vice versa, owners cannot see the cabin from their backyard. The only time guests come into view of the front house is when entering through the front gate.
- The entire neighborhood operates on well water, which unfortunately is something we cannot control as all homes in the area are on the same system.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire cabin, outdoor shower and hot tub.

This beautiful guest cabin is located on 10 acres inside a ranchette subdivision outside Fredericksburg area.

This property is just 15 minutes from downtown area but we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!
Other Things to Note:
- No pets allowed
- Not suitable for children/infants, adults only
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
- No Smoking Allowed!
