Beach view was spectacular from the balcony with 4 tall chairs that sat you above the railing. Stairs to the beach were 5 yards from the back door. Convenient water supply and hose to rinse off sand from the beach.

We had a few days late in July and we were lucky enough to get into Sunnyside this front row condo in Surfside. Check in was easy with the lockbox onsite. Clear instructions in the communication from the owner. The condo was well apportioned with cooking utensils, smart tvs, multiple AC units so every room could be at a different temperature, and even an assortment of stuffies in the bunkroom for the kiddos. In Surfside fashion be sure to bring a bucket and flashlight to look for ghost crabs on the beach once the sun goes down. We cought the biggest crab ever this trip.Everything worked and we had a great time. We are already looking at calendars dates for bext year to come back and book this location again.

Stunning view!

We were looking for a in short, midweek, getaway and this condo was the perfect fit. Matt was quick to answer any questions that I had, and once we arrived at the condo, we were surprisedby how beautiful it truly is. The pictures do not do it justice. Absolutely amazing stay, the home was clean and comfortable with many thoughtful amenities and charming decor ! All of the ocean view balconies with plenty of seating to enjoy the scenery. Perfect girls weekend

The condo was perfect for 4 of us on a girls trip to escape our responsibilities! The location is great with easy access to the beach. All of the beds are comfortable. The view was just what we were looking for. The condo was very clean. The host was responsive and helpful.
