La Belle a BEACHFRONT Escape - Sleeps 12 - 4Bedroom, 4Bath - Dune Walkover

La Belle is a home away from home, but with amazing views of the beach right from the front door and huge deck. Come enjoy the sun and sand in Surfside from the comfort of this home - located 4.4 miles east of Surfside Beach on the Bluewater Highway. The property is located just outside the city limits of Surfside, so no need to worry about permits for vehicle access to the beach. The small town of Surfside is just a short 1 hour drive from downtown Houston and 15 minutes from Lake Jackson, Texas where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, movie theaters and more.

This new beach front home is complete with four bedrooms and four bathrooms and sleeps twelve guests. Vaulted ceilings throughout provide a very large and open feel to the house. Also included are a washer and dryer for convenience. Bedroom One boasts a full size bed while Bedroom Two contains two sets of twin bunk beds and a private bath. Bedrooms Three and Four have queen size beds with private bathroom suites. The Living Room includes a couch (with a queen size sleeper), love seat and large flat screen HD television. The large kitchen contains everything you will need to prepare any meals and the dining area has seating for ten. A beautiful Beachfront Deck provides an additional entertainment area with everything you need for relaxation and dining. A short stroll over your private walk over puts your feet in the sand and water.

Please note we do not rent out our home for parties nor do we accept inquiries for proms or any college or high school groups. Our property is our family's oasis and is marketed to families or mature adults who are looking for a place to relax and have fun in a responsible manner. OUR NON SMOKING policy is strictly enforced.

Great Beach House

We found the house to be just as advertised. Four bedrooms with four bathrooms. Fit us perfectly. We really liked the walkway across the dunes. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. It could use a stock pot or two but otherwise well stocked. Only things I could see might could use attention was washing machine sounded like an airplane, but it worked. Shower water in Queen room smelled rusty but water ran hot or cold depending on what you wanted, so can’t complain too much. Overall we really like the house, the location and plan to stay there again in the future.

Great stay!!!

From our arrival on first day we knew it was going to be a great stay. The house was perfect. We all had our bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs: gumbo, shrimp/crab boil, fried fish and burgers. The deck was our family space for meals and ocean viewing. We all loved it.

Great Holiday Weekend

Great home - clean and welcoming. Right on the beach with everything you need. The only downside was the crowd on the beach played music that made the house shake it was so loud. Hard to nap in the afternoons with kids. Not sure if that was a holiday weekend issue or always.Jeremy was prompt in his response to needs.

Family get away

The location was great, but when we arrived at the property, the bedsheets were on the floor dirty in front of the Washing machine, the comforters were not clean, there was a blood stain on one of the mattress cover in the bunk room still on the bed and the king bed mattress cover (still on the bed) was dirty. Only one bed was made out of the four bedrooms. We arrived at 4:00 and I spent from 4:30-10:00 washing the bedsheets and comforters that we were going to use, The washing machine is very small so it took several loads. The kitchen sink had a dirty sponge in it and looked like it had been there for a very long time because it left an imprint where it was sitting, so I cleaned all the sinks too. I did contact Jeremy and didn’t hear from them right away, but his mom called at 8:25 pm because they were out of town and didn’t have service. She Told me she was very sorry and hopefully they would make it right. Their reply finally came through several days later. I responded back to them and I have never heard from them since I sent the last message on a refund for the cleaning, which was very disappointing because my last message to them was I have pictures of everything to back what I’m saying. I waited over a week for a response before I decided to make this review to give them time to get back with me. Very Disappointing

Great location, right on the beach.

We came to celebrate my sister’s 30th birthday with 8 people. There was plenty of room for everyone and loved that there were 4 bathrooms. This property is right on the beach with a short deck going over the dunes, also very close to beach access to drive the vehicles onto the sand. The view from the balcony is amazing. Communication with the host was very quick. Only downside for us was the water in the house, we just aren’t used to well water so it was a bit of an adjustment. We just got extra water for cooking and brushing our teeth and there was also a water dispenser in the kitchen that we appreciated. Plenty of pots/pans/kitchen utensils available which was nice for all the cooking we did. Would definitely book again :)

Girls Trip 2024

This place was wonderful! There were 5 of us girls from MN who needed to see the ocean and this was a perfect spot. LaBelle was perfect for us with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We loved the large deck and all read our books while taking in some rays and listening to the ocean roar. We laughed, played games and enjoyed the beach/ocean. It was also nice to have stores/restaurants fairly close. We really enjoyed the margarita truck! The house was great and stocked nicely. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us allowing us to do this amazing trip.

Didn’t end up staying at La Bella beach home. Upon arrival house at 5:00 on Sunday the house was not ready for occupancy. Nothing had been cleaned and looked as though there was frat party staying in house from previous renters. Even if housekeeping was offered, I would not if stayed there. House condition is nothing like was is represented on VRBO website. Beware!!! Did contact owner and he was provided full refund however, we were left in a real pinch to find other accommodations at the last minute.

Awesome house

I have been coming to surfside for 30 years. This is one of the best houses we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. Great layout with a bathroom for every bedroom, and fantastic beach access. Owner answered very quickly the only time I had a question about checking in. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Location

Very spacious beach house with a great view of the beach. Very clean and huge living area and kitchen. Beds are a little firm, but rooms are all perfect size. Tvs would be a must, but your not there to watch TV. Enjoy the views! Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation. Owner responds promptly and is very nice.
