First row beachfront! Remodeled in 2021 and 2023 - 6 bedroom 6 bathroom home. With 2 kings, 2 queens, and 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds, this is your dream getaway for the family, multiple families, or your friends vacay!

The space:

Additional guests, air mattresses, or sleeping on living room furniture is prohibited.

Please note, we take great pride in providing an upscale stay for our guests, and do not allow smoking inside, or unruly partying inside or outside the house.

More details:

- Beachfront! Shared walkover to beach just in front of house.
- Newly remodeled open floor plan with tremendous, unobstructed views of the ocean.
- Stair access from street/ground level, but main home is on one level.
- Beach amenities provided: adult beach chairs, child beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, body boards, shade canopies.
- We spray for mosquitos every 3 weeks! Please note a spray may be scheduled during your stay.
- Large shaded deck overlooking the ocean. Clothes line with clips for hanging wet/beach items.
- Parking available in driveway, beneath house, and along street.
- Water filtration system installed summer 2021 (Surfside water is heavy in metals like iron, quite brackish, and not potable unless filtered. Our filters break down the metals for a cleaner bathing experience, and provide 100% potable water in the kitchen. No need to bring your own filtered water!). *Please only drink water from the labeled kitchen tap, or from the refrigerator. Fridge ice is also potable.
- Fully stocked kitchen including full-sized fridge, additional beverage fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig machine, tea kettle, can opener, lemon juicer, bottle opener, and wine opener.
- All basic cookware and dining ware is provided, as well as dish soap, hand soap, 1 sponge, 5 dishwasher pods, trash bags, 2 k-cups per adult guest, 2 rolls of paper towels, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Charcoal grill on deck; please provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Grill tools are provided.
- 6 full bathrooms, each with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also provided are 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 box of tissues in each bathroom.
- Washer/Dryer and 5 laundry pods are provided. Iron and ironing board are stored in the laundry closet.
- Cleaning supplies provided include: small cordless vacuum, broom and dustpan, and basic cleaning sprays for kitchen and baths.
- Fresh linens provided (1 set of bed linens per bed, 1 set of towels per guest, 1 beach towel per guest).
- 5 Roku Smart TVs; log in to streaming apps with your subscriptions. **Please note, we do not provide cable TV.**
- High speed WIFI.
- Family friendly: 2 pack-n-play cribs (please provide your own crib sheets), 1 booster seat / high chair, kids plates, cups, bowls and cutlery. Assortment of toys and games provided.
- 2 outdoor shower areas for rinsing off from the beach.

*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.

The area:
- Driving and daytime parking is allowed on this beach with a Surfside permit, but no overnight camping or fireworks is permitted.
- No glass is allowed on the beach.
- Please remove all trash from the beach and help us keep Surfside clean!

Guest access:
We have plenty of parking in our driveway and beneath the house. There is also street parking available.

Other things to note:
- Our home is set up for families with children and groups of adults.
- You will be asked to sign a House Rules agreement prior to check-in.
- In heavy rains, we do experience slight flooding beneath the house. Vehicles are not at risk, but this does create some annoyance. We are working to resolve the issue.
