Relaxing Waterfront Canal Home in Treasure Island

Come relax in our Seaside Hideaway located in Treasure Island. Just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach as well as immediate access to the best fishing on the gulf coast. This home is the perfect destination for family and friends to relax and be on "island time". Get some sun in the lounge chairs, chill under the pergola or fish right off of the back deck - there are plenty of outdoor activities to choose from. You can also bring your boat for the quickest access to bays and blue water.

The space
Seaside Hideaway is a 3 bd 2 ba home with an open floor plan and lots of charm. You will love the natural sunlight filling the house thanks to the large windows on both sides of the common area rooms. Wood floors and exposed ceiling beams compliment the updated kitchen. Washer and dryer available onsite for your use. The large top floor deck has a gas grill, (4) lounge chairs, and a lighted pergola with a sectional couch and corner bar layout. On the ground level there is a large covered area under the house and deck to relax and get a reprieve from the midday sun. There is also a ~40ft fishing dock with two large benches and a firepit. If you decide to bring your own boat, there are cleats installed to tie off on the dock or in the open covered slip. We also have a lighted fish cleaning table with sink…be sure to bring your filet knife!

Guest access
The entire living space and deck are on the top floor of the home. The middle and bottom floors are for owner storage only and not included in the rental. The driveway is huge and can easily accommodate multiple cars and boat trailer.

Other things to note
There are two staircases to walk up, so the home is not wheelchair accessible.
We have one security camera facing the driveway to alert when people have arrived. We have one security camera facing our boat that is in the far boat slip. Neither camera faces or records any common or private area.
