One of the most beautiful homes on this Island with sleeping capacity of 30 people in beds, it's spacious with ocean views from all windows in the living room and the bedrooms. This place has it all, a big spacious kitchen fully stocked and equipped with top of the line Stainless Steel appliances and the best cooking-ware money can buy.
Come see for yourself this amazing home that's only one house away from the beach. Custom beds through the house with a large pirate ship in the living room that's actually sleeps 4 people. It has a queen bed with a twin bed on top and another twin trundle. All linens and towels, sheets, pillows and comforters are brand new and very good quality. This is a very kid friendly house yet it's very much suitable for adults. lot's of parking and huge area to BBQ under the house while enjoying the cool sea breeze. Nothing beats the feeling of BBQ while you're watching the beautiful vast ocean.

Decks wrap around all 4 sides of the house, so much room to move around and have fun with your family and friends.

Pets are considered providing additional pet fee is charged for each and every pet that you may bring to the house whether they are inside the house or outside the house. Pet fees are determined as follows:
Pets weighing less than 20 lbs: $100.00 per pet
Pets weighing more than 20 lbs: $150.00 per pet

First Family Vacation

The vacation home was amazing! My whole family loved how big and comfy the home was and how close it was to the ocean. The pirate ship bed was a really great place for the kiddos to play, especially with my 2 year old. All the kids had a blast playing hide and go seek in the house. It had plenty of bath towels for everyone to use. Notice most of the plates of the light fixtures were broken or sticking out which was unsafe for the kids. At least one or two of the beds did not have any linens and bedsheets on. Only thing was when we tried to wash our clothes, the washer had went out on us which the water did not drain. We contacted the owner, but they were not much help prior to us notifying them it would not drain. The owner told us they were not a maintainence person and to wait 10-15 minutes before starting again, and then hanged up on us right after that. Not much of a very good customer service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the vacation home.

Stay at Surfside Beach

Beach house is absolutely wonderful for large group. Kitchen very big & accommodating. Sleeping facilities are great. Deck around house is outstanding. Everything great...except for refrigerator. It did not cool...fish & chicken in freezer thawed out so had to cook up immediately. Owner was nice...but did not solve problem. Fridge did not get fixed...very disappointed with the way he handled it. Aside from fridge debacle, we loved the beach house & had a wonderful vacation.

Fun house!

Great house for the price! We had a family of 9 from adults to an infant - my grandchildren loved the house and the pirate ship bed was their favorite! Plenty of room and the house stayed nice and cool, we did use the fans they provided at night in the bedrooms with the doors open which kept us comfortable, otherwise it was a little warm with the doors closed- so I highly suggest using them! Overall the house is nice there are several cosmetic flaws that need attention but these did not effect our stay. There is a beach view but not a sand beach area directly in front of the home, but it is a short 2-3 minute walk to a nice quiet pedestrian beach that was awesome! The owners are great and we would gladly stay again!!

cute house, great location, but could use some minor upkeep. cons: ceiling fans not in best working condition dishwasher didn’t work no water in the water cooler ac is only good at 75 degrees light switches are iffy many bodies in the big room need more cooling ability Pros: lots of deck space beach towels beach access washer and dryer outdoor shower If we would change things it would be what’s listed above along with with a little better maintenance, move the pirate ship to the master, add a large dining table for meals and games, and it would be an A+++ place to stay!

House review

Overall the house was nice. One light switch was broke so not able to switch the light off and one sink wouldn’t drain properly, but we did have 2 bathrooms. Loved the pirate ship and it was only a short walk to the beach.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Avoid! The ac in this property went out within 12 hours of our check in. That's fine and things happen. It never got fixed through our entire stay. The technician couldn't figure out the problem. Still fine. I asked the property owner for a refund and he agreed that he would do whatever was necessary to make it right. He ended up volunteering us to stay at his empty home next door. We were desperate for cool air as it was 90 degrees in the house so we took him up on the offer but should've known better. He planned the whole thing to avoid a refund. He said we damaged the felt on the pool table in his home that he let us sleep our last night in. Which is ABSURD! IT WAS DAMAGED WHEN HE SHOWED ME AROUND THAT HOUSE!! He even told me that his grandson did it. He told us we were welcome to play it by to ensure no children got on it to avoid any additional damage to what already existed. Two days after check out and still haven't seen a refund or even a partial refund so I reach out to him and ask. That's when he told me we "damaged the felt on his expensive pool table" and wouldn't provide a refund. We only slept in that house because we were so afraid of staying in a house that we didn't rent or protected under but I had elderly family, including my father with alzheimers, sitting in 90 degrees in a house with no ac for over half of our stay. I wanted a cool place for him to sleep but I should've known better. This was calculated. He knew what he was doing and he set us up to be accused for damage that was already present, all in an effort to not provide a refund. We didn't even get into the alternate house until the night before checkout and we used it just for sleeping. So what about the time our family had to sit in that house before moving us to the other home? Our whole trip was wasted. And we're out thousands of dollars to a dishonest host. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST. PLEASE!!!

Cute very colorful house.

We stayed here for a family reunion, we enjoyed the water and the small cute little town. The house was well equipped to handle 30+people. I would suggest if you are coming in the summer time to bring a fan, the bunk room was a little on the warm side. The walk around deck was amazing and the view of the private beach is breathtaking.

Very impressed

We originally booked this house for 30 plus for sweet sixteen with family and friends. Unfortunately the birthday girl tested positive for covid the week before our stay. I did not purchase insurance, shame on me, but fortunately the host were very responsive and more than willing to help with a new date for the reservation. Zuhair immediately messaged me back then called to discuss other arrangements. We ended up with a lot less people but the house definitely had the capacity and sleeping accommodations for our original head count. Everyone loved the beach house and the proximity to the beach for leisure and for fishing. The Littles especially loved the big pirate ship in the living room. The house was clean and had all accommodations that we needed for a wonderful stay despite the wrench that was thrown in our plans. From four year old, teens, to adults we all had a blast and enjoyed the house and beach v very much. I would definitely come back to these hostesses for another stay in the future.
