There is plenty of room for the whole family in our custom home with granite and upgraded finishings throughout. The upper balcony and lower deck gives this home outstanding views of the Gulf and the Bay/Inter-coastal waterways. The beaches on Treasure Island are beautiful, not crowded and are full of sea shells for the family to collect . If your family loves to fish, Treasure Island is renowned for its fishing. Close to the beach access. There is a fishing and crabbing pier on the bay side, community building, beach walk-over access. Close to Galveston for all the tourist attractions.

Beautiful stay! A wonderful place to celebrate my recent proposal to my now fiance!! Plenty of space, gorgeous kitchen, and a huge main bedroom! The owner was super kind and allowed us to check in a little earlier, and all of the check in and out instructions were easy and straight forward. We did have a hard time hanging out in the living room or kitchen for too long. It felt like one of the AC units was out. But that’s ok because it gave us an excuse to go to the beautiful beach not far from the property! Stunning views, clean sand, and a light breeze!During our first night, we were sitting outside on the patio, which is so spacious and comfy, and the neighbor next door was playing music outside very loudly, to the point where we had a hard time simply talking to eachother. (it would usually be no big deal, but we were outside at around 3:30am wanting to listen to the waves!)After we went back inside, we could still here the music a little, but not enough to keep us awake. The beds are super comfy and we fell right to sleep. All together, a beautiful property, plenty of space, and amazing views!

It was ok. I think the excessive noise from the AC individual units really took away from conversation and relaxation. It was the first time I booked with VRBO. I have always used ARBNB. Perhaps I'm jaded now. Jess get the host was a kind person but it seems the price didn't match quality of place.

Lovely Home, Big and spacious! Love the deck and master Bathroom!

Only gave it 4 star's become the bunk bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. Other than that it was amazing!!!

Renters Beware

House needs major repairs, had to report backdoor to host, the door seal was all but gone, you could fit your hand under the door, heat/ bugs could get in not to mention rain. All doors had air gaps & poor attempts were made to put foam seals around them.Central Air couldn't cool house so they have noisy wall units who were moldy and filters that were filthy, some not even there. Wall unit in living room is so loud the tv had to be on maximum volume.Sugar aints got into my birthday cake which was sealed. It was on the counter for 30 minutes, later i saw them in the sink area.Ice in ice maker made me and my guests sick. We didnt drink the water, but the ice was made with it.Stairs into home are very unstable. Home sways when there is no wind, host said its designed to way in heavy wind. The house was swaying as we just moved about like normal.Home sits in front of a Water Mgt Facility, there is 1 picture that shows it, but it was noisy. All day on Saturday the 5th of July the tractors ran, until as late as 9pm. Hard to relax and enjoy your vacation when that goes on all day. This should be a disclaimer if anyone rents in the future.My guest left early because the guests beds were so uncomfortable.Front windows leak when there is heavy rain.I left 2 nights early because of all these frustrations.I reached out to host & her only response was "sorry you didnt enjoy your stay". I then reached out to VRBO, i sent videos, photos & they read my chats w/host. Still upset!
Back door at master bedroom roating at the hinges, owner sent cleaning lady out to put foam seal to stop gaps of hot air and bugs from coming in.

Not what was presented online

The property needs repairs and cleaning. Dirty window sills with bugs. Blinds were filthy. Sticky spots on granite and sand on the master bedroom couch. Broken furniture and the upstairs beds were horribly uncomfortable! The kitchen was adequately supplied but appliances were dirty and there was no Kuerig for kcups. Will not stay here again!

House is ran on window units they do not cool the house we had to go purchase fans to stay cool so we could sleep and i had a 5 month old baby that had to sleep hot i guess its my fault i should have asked if the ac worked before i rented it i will make sure i ask that in the future.

Awesome house with really nice finishes, view from the deck is great the lower one gets unobstructed views in some directions and the upper deck is almost completely unobstructed, way better than expected.a previous review complained about the water plant across the street but i have no idea why, it is a huge plus because its way lower than a house would be and makes little to no noise. Another person complained about the window units, they were actually great to have to supplement the central ac, most houses in galveston stay hot even with AC, but this really helped. Seriously these are both silly complaints, dont worry about them. Host had great communication, getting in the property was easy, and the house was well equipped for anything you want to cook. The beach is a little tricky to get into, but its super close and once you are on it, its very private for a galveston area beach, it was beautiful outside, tons of people in galveston but only a few on the beach here. Highly recommend this property!

Fishing for the Week

Well kept, Apple Map was very accurate. Neighborhood was well kept. No riffraff to worry about. Master suite was amazing. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked. I will stay here again.

Very spacious and close to beach entrance!

Overall, I would recommend this beach house to friends and family. Property manager/owner was quick to communicate which made the rental process much easier. The home was clean, felt no sand on my feet throughout the house walking barefoot. Wonderful views of the water with all the porches/patios around the homes. Will rent again!
