Great place with a lot of history. Room was clean, well lit and really comfortable. Check worked as advertised. Owner was friendly and helpful with local recommendations and directions. Ice Cream was great too. The Orchard House was well thought of by locals as well.

Nice place but needs thorough cleaning under bed

Quiet place in beautifully restored farmstead. Convenient to Freeport town. Our upstairs rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was self with plenty of options. However check in instructions were incorrect with wrong key pad combo for our two rooms. And in both rooms, with high poster beds, underneath the beds needed a thorough cleaning. Socks under one bed, a few other personal items under the other room’s bed plus dust bunnies.

Serene, beautiful farmhouse with modern comforts. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Thoughtful touches made it a very comfortable stay. The light breakfast was lovely. Easy check-in/check-out process. Would definitely recommend this B&B!

The first time we stayed at Orchard House was for our first anniversary. We knew we would be back. It’s so charming and close to everything. And now they have delicious ice cream!

This is the second time I've stayed here. It's a very charming, old house with tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms. The continental breakfast is very good and served in a cute and cozy dining room. The bed was a bit hard for me, but I'm pretty picky. Just a few minutes drive to the outlet stores and restaurants in town, but far enough away that it's nice and quiet.

Orchard House was very calm, relaxing, clean, and cozy; however, I would not consider it a typical bed and breakfast in a sense that there isn’t a home-cooked breakfast in the morning. They do provide granola and boiled eggs and a very small table with four seat seats, but it’s clear that most people including us go out to eat breakfast which isn’t necessarily a bad thing as there is plenty to do in the area just not what I’m typically used to.

The host Bill was very friendly and the house was lovely and inviting. Very close to the shopping and dining. The perfect fall getaway! We would highly recommend this B and B to anyone planning a trip to Freeport!!

Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was fine- fruit yogurt and hardboiled eggs. No decaf There is no sound proofing if that’s a problem for you. We would have appreciated new towels for second day. Also we were cold one day when ac was on and it was quite cool outside.
