Fantastic

We found Nina's place online and felt it fitted well with what we wanted to do for a couple of days. Nina was flexible with a last minute change to arrival time and very professional when we arrived. The place is beautifully laid out, clean and so relaxing, who wouldn't want a pool outside their bedroom??? It's a nice walk to the town center but very quiet when having dinner on the terrace. Wonderful experience and we couldn't recommend it more.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einzigartiger Unterkunft

Wir (Eltern + zwei Teenager) haben im August 2023 einen traumhaften Urlaub in einer einzigartigen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen. Die Villa entspricht exakt den Bildern und bietet alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Insbesondere der Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und toller Terrasse in ruhiger Umgebung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Klimatisierung des gesamten Hauses funktioniert einwandfrei. Der saubere Pool mit seinen 4 Sonnenliegen bietet eine willkommene Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung. Die Villa ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen, Strand und Zentrum von Saint Aygulf sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Auto stand sicher am eigenen Parkplatz bzw. in der Garage vor der Villa. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist die freundliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch Nina, welche immer zu erreichen war. Wir können und möchten dieses traumhafte Domizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Het huis was ruim genoeg voor 3 personen. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco, schoon, modern huis. Erg vriendelijke verhuurster. Reageert meteen bij vragen!

Perfect house

It is a beautiful villa in a beautiful neighbourhood. We were very warmly welcomed by the hostess. Everything was very clean. It is a nice stay near the beach and to visit nice places like Nice. St.- Tropez and Cannes. Frejus and Saint Raphael themselves are also definitely worth it!

Super Urlaub im Oktober

Ist ein super Ferienhaus mit einer ruhigen Lage. Somit hat das Haus das Wort Urlaub verdient. Die Beschreibung hinsichtlich Klimatisierung stimmt nur zum Teil. Es ist nur im OG das Wohnzimmer/Küche mit einer Klima Anlage ausgestattet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben das nicht. Für uns war das Ende Oktober kein Problem, das tagsüber die Temperaturen die Marke von 25 Grad nur selten überschreiten und nachts es angenehm ist. Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass das im Hochsommer nicht so angenehm ist. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich!!!

Schönes ruhig gelegenes Haus

Das Haus ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es ist relativ neu, liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und wir haben es sehr sauber übergeben bekommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, spricht gut Englisch und der Check-In war unkompliziert (ebenso wie der spätere Check-Out). Wir hatten zunächst ein kleines Problem mit der Kaffeemaschine, welches innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst wurde. Auch in einer anderen Sache war Nina schnell erreichbar und konnte umgehend helfen. Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit dort und können das Objekt weiterempfehlen.

Schön aber nicht alles gut

Das Haus entspricht exakt den Bildern, welche auf der Seite veröffentlicht sind. Die Einrichtung im Wohn- und Essbereich ist praktisch, gemütlich und durchaus stylisch. Bei den Schlafzimmern und Bädern sieht das leider teilweise anders aus. Die Matratzen in einem Doppelbett sind dünn und unbequem. Das Einzelbett ist selbst für Jugendliche nur schwer zumutbar. Die Matratze im zweiten Doppelbett ist in Ordnung, wenn man gern hart schläft. Die beiden Bäder im Untergeschoss sind sehr unpraktisch. Es gibt praktisch keine Ablagen, keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen und der Zugang zur Dusche ist in einem der beiden Bäder nur sehr schlanken Personen möglich. Ein besonderer Hinweis gilt der Klimaanlage: diese befindet sich ausschließlich im oben gelegenen Wohn-Essbereich, für diesen ist die Klimatisierung ausreichend. Die unten liegenden Schlafräume dagegen werden nicht gekühlt. Diese heizen sich somit stark auf, selbst wenn man ganztägig die Jalousien unten lässt. Die Jalousien zu öffnen ist somit praktisch nicht möglich. Daher hat man von den tollen Fensterfronten leider gar nichts. Wen diese Einschränkung nicht stören, der kann hier sicherlich einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und die Gastgeberin ist herausragend freundlich.

Modernes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngebiet in Hanglage. Es wurde 2021 gebaut und ist dementsprechend modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist nicht besonders groß aber beheizt. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß damit. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man zum Strand laufen (ca. 1 km). Ein Bäcker, ein Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte befinden sich in 800 m Entfernung. Die Vermieterin hat immer direkt auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir können das Haus definitiv weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Prachtige en moderne vakantiewoning met heerlijk zwembad op centrale locatie

We hebben ontzettend genoten van dit prachtige huis. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk zwembad, de hele dag lekkere plekjes in de zon, een airco en een prachtige strakke, moderne inrichting. De locatie is ook de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes. Ook de eigenaresse is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, een heerlijk huis voor de perfecte vakantie. Heel erg bedankt voor de gastvrijheid Nina

Happy place

It’s incredible! A very beautiful place to stay. Super calm, easy neighborhood. The hosts live nearby, so if there is any problem, they solve it within 10 minutes. To the beach it’s 20 minutes to walk, to the next restaurant it’s 10 minutes ;) If feels just like coming home (into the Hollywood hills of Saint-Aygulf) But beware of the mosquitoes ;)

Tres bon accueil des proprietaires qui habitent non loin en cas de probleme. Maison fonctionnelle et tres bien equipée. Proche de tout en voiture ; plages, superettes et boulangeries meme à pieds pour les plus courageux! Tres calme. Je recommande pour les hésitants! Marion
