Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Ferienhaus von Philippe. Er ist ein toller Gastgeber. Der Check-in hat super geklappt und er hat es uns sogar ermöglicht bereits ab Mittags ins Haus zu können.Das Haus liegt abseits vom Trubel und man hat dadurch eine wunderbare Ruhe. Der Ausblick über die Bucht von Cannes ist gigantisch und atemberaubend. Die Lichter der Bucht blitzen Nachts wie ein kleines Feuerwerk.Wir haben einen Familienurlaub gemacht und das Haus hatte hier sowohl für Groß und Klein etwas zu bieten. Die Kinder hatten viel Spass im beheizten Pool, mit Kicker und Tischtennisplatte während die Erwachsenen sich auf der großwn Terrasse sonnen und den traumhaften Ausblick genießen konnten.Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke für die tolle Zeit und den netten Austausch!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Philippes Villa. Das schöne Haus hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Esterel und die Bucht von Cannes. Was gibt es Schöneres als Morgens, auf der oberen Terrasse, seinen Kaffee bei Sonnenaufgang mit diesem wunderschönen Blick zu trinken? Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Von der Villa aus kann man wunderschöne Wanderungen im Esterel unternehmen .Pure Entspannung und Erholung. Der beheizte Pool ist auch ein Traum. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen ,auch Dank Philippe, der ein hervorragender, sehr sympathischer Gastgeber ist. Wir werden bestimmt wieder dort unsere Ferien verbringen.

Une vue magnifique en hateur sur le golf de la napoule

Point de vue direct et exceptionnel sur le golfe de la Napoule. Point fort, cette location, elle beneficie de grandes terrasse pour profiter du soleil et de la vue.Piscine chauffée. Tres bon accueil du proprietaire. Nous avons surtout fait de belles promenades dans le parc de l'Esterel.

Traumhaftschöne Lage mit dem Blick auf Cannes

Außergewöhnlicher Ausblick

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Villa auf dem Berg mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf Cannes. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Ruhe und Entspannung zu genießen, und der beheizte Pool war das absolute Highlight, vor allem in den Abendstunden mit Blick auf die Lichter der Stadt. Die Villa selbst war top ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber Philippe – extrem hilfsbereit, herzlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Sollten wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, wäre diese Unterkunft unsere erste Wahl!

Schönes Haus an sehr schöner Lage!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich traumhaft. Philippe ist ein guter Gastherr und war da, wenn irgendetwas war. Die Abende waren ziemlich kühl und eine Heizmöglichkeit im grossen Wohnzimmer wäre optimal gewesen. Alles in alles können wir das Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Arrivé sur le site, la vue nous a époustouflé ! De toutes les pièces principales vous profitez de cette vue, même faire la vaisselle est un plaisir😊! Le propriétaire est adorable, très disponible et de bons conseils sur les balades , resto etc… Nous étions en famille, la maison et les équipements sont vraiment adaptés à tous les âges! Tolles Haus in fantastischer Lage

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es liegt in einem eigenen Villenpark auf einem Hügel. Die nächsten Häuser sind weit genug weg, so dass niemand auf das Grundstück blicken kann. Der Blick auf die Buch von Cannes ist wirklich fantastisch! Wenn man möchte, kann man jeden Tag einen tollen Sonnenaufgang erleben. Der Pool ist sehr schön und hat den Kindern sehr gefallen. Hinter dem Haus gibt es auch die Möglichkeit für eine Partie Boule. Phillipe ist ein äußerst netter Gastgeber, der sich regelmäßig um den Pool und andere Dinge gekümmert hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa. La vue sur la baie de Cannes est magnifique ainsi que le jardin de la propriété parfaitement entretenu et très bien arboré par le propriétaire lui même. Belle maison dans un site magnifique et accueil charmant du propriétaire

La vue est à couper le souffle, la (petite) piscine bien chauffée, il y a une grande belle terrasse pour prendre ses repas face à la baie de Cannes... excellent accueil du propriétaire, très disponible. Sympas et relaxants aussi la cascade et le bassin avec les magnifiques poissons qui viennent volontiers se faire admirer. On aurait juste aimé un parasol près de la piscine où le soleil donne très fort jusque dans l’après-midi :-) Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa offre de nombreux points forts : propreté, confort, équipements, calme, sans vis à vis, vue splendide, très beaux extérieurs très bien entretenus... La piscine, le terrain de pétanque, le babyfoot nous ont permis de partager ensemble de bons moments de convivialité. Nous nous sommes régalés des points de vue sur la baie de Cannes, notamment avec les levers et couchers de soleil, les illuminations nocturnes et feux d'artifice. Des spectacles à savourer confortablement installés sur les terrasses ! Le propriétaire souhaite que le séjour se passe au mieux pour ses locataires. Il nous l'a prouvé ; son sens du service à même été bien au-delà des sujets liés à la location. Encore merci à lui. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.

Des vacances exceptionnelles - Amazing holidays

Nous avons passé 3 semaines fantastiques dans cet endroit fabuleux. La maison, dans un parc privé, est superbe, la vue de la baie de Cannes est à couper le souffle et l'accueil des propriétaires des plus chaleureux. L'endroit est très facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute A8 (20 minutes depuis Mandelieu) mais en même temps complètement isolé et au calme. Chaque maison du parc dispose d'énormément d'espace et il n'y a donc aucune gêne avec des voisins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les 2 terrasses panoramiques (au rdc et dans la chambre principale) qui offrent une vue magnifique plein est. Levez vous tôt pour apprécier le lever de soleil. Cannes est très facile d'accès même au codeur de l'été (à peu près 30 minutes). Nous recommandons le port de la Rague à 20 minutes entre Mandelieu et Théoule, pour échapper à la foule et profiter du club de plongée ou du restaurant le Repère. Plus loin, il faut absolument visiter Grasse et ses musés du parfum ou encore St Paul de Vence est ses myriades d’artistes. Enfin, mot spécial pour le propriétaire, qui est aux petits soins. Il n’habite pas loin ce qui est très pratique en cas de besoin, mais n'impose jamais sa présence. Au total des vacances sublimes à renouveler. We spent 3 amazing weeks in this beautiful place. The beautiful house is located in a private and gated estate, the view of the bay of Cannes is breath taking, and the owners are very welcoming. It is easy to access from the motorway (20 minutes from the Mandelieu exit) yet secluded and very quiet. Each house in the park has a huge ground therefore there are no issues of proximity with neighbours. We really enjoyed the two terraces (ground floor and master bedroom), which offer an amazing view towards the east. Set the alarm clock early to enjoy the sunrise. It is easy to travel to Cannes even in the middle of the summer (approx. 30 minutes). Closer, we recommend going to the Port de la Rague (20 minutes), which is situated between Mandelieu and Théoule to enjoy the experienced scuba diving club or spend a relaxing evening at the Le Repère restaurant. Further away try Grasse and its perfume museums and St Paul de Vence and its numerous artists. Last but not least a word about the owner, always ready to help, He lives nearby which is vey useful if needed but never forces his presence on us.

VÉRITABLE CARTE POSTALE !

Nous sommes arrivés dans un parc résidentiel avec gardien, sécurisé par de nombreuses caméras et un sas de sécurité pour rentrer dans la résidence Ma femme, mes trois enfants et moi même avons été bluffé par la vue panoramique sur la mer et les îles ainsi que cette étendue de verdure surprenante. Le calme, la tranquillité et le repos nous tendaient les bras... Enfin plus aucun soucis !!! Les vrais vacances s’annonçaient Le propriétaire à nos petits soins tout le long de notre séjour est gentiment venu nous chercher à la ville la plus proche. A notre arrivée à la villa des rafraîchissements nous ont été servis!! Les enfants ont directement été se baigner dans cette superbe piscine ! Les photos de la maison ainsi que le cadre ne sont qu'un petit aperçu de cet endroit paradisiaque en plein cœur de la nature. Nous avons pu profiter de ce calme pour nous ressourcer et faire plaisir à nos enfants en les amenant à Marineland voir les dauphins et les orques ainsi que faire du pédalo sur le lac de Saint Cassien qui est tout proche. superbe villa avec sa vue extraordinaire a ne plus s'en passer!!! accueil très sympathique du propriétaire et aux petits soins!!! séjour inoubliable et hâte d'y retourner encore merci au propriétaire!!! a recommander absolument
