Wir hatten diese FeWo gebucht um mit unserem Enkel zwei schöne Wochen in FrĂȘjus zu verbringen.Leider wurden daraus kein schöner Urlaub.4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Am dritten Tag unserer Ankunft, fast den ganzen Tag bohren und hĂ€mmern, eine FeWo im 2.Stock wurde renoviert, ein Hinweis war von der Hausverwaltung an der HaustĂŒr angebracht, wir hatten aber keine Info vom Vermieter, dass eine Wohnung renoviert wird ! Auch am dritten Urlaubstag funktionierte die funkgesteuerte Ăffnung der TĂŒr zum GebĂ€ude nicht mehr. Nach mehrmaliger Telefonaten mit dem Vermieter, dass wir nicht mehr ins GebĂ€ude kommen, Ăbergab er einen SchlĂŒssel am nĂ€chsten Abend persönlich.Auch war der Duschkopf defekt sowie der Wasserhahn im Bad, diese wurden dann zum Wochende durch den Vermieter ausgewechselt. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer, Keine Markise auf dem Balkon, deshalb auch keine FrĂŒhstĂŒcken auf diesem möglich.Die FeWo ist auf den ersten Blick hĂŒbsch und modern aufgefrischt, aber hat doch im Detail einige MĂ€ngel, wie oben geschneidert. HĂŒbsche KĂŒche, aber das Kochgeschirr muss erneuert werden, da sich die OberflĂ€che in den Pfannen lösen. Auch war die Ausstattung auf ein Minimum reduziert. Die Badewanne sowie die kompletten Fenster und TĂŒren wurden bei der Renovierung leider nicht erneuert. Meine Frau bekam vom Vermieter eine Flasche Rotwein, als EntschĂ€digung fĂŒr den Ărger in den zwei Wochen, zu wenig fĂŒr entgangene Urlaubsfreude.
