The staff is friendly and room was clean. The mattress on the king bed was in need of replacement. This was my 3rd. time staying there in the past year; the prior stays the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is quiet.

The toilet seat was not tightened down so it slid sideways on the bowl. I informed the front desk on check out, but nothing was recorded. Also, the shape of the tub is dangerous because it bows up on the sides and the nonslip surface is not wide enough which caused me to slip and fall.

When entering the room the heat was turned off and it was 20 degrees outside. It never did stay warm in the room . It was cold during breakfast also. People were wearing coats. Breakfast was okay. Juice was watered down the OJ looked like lemonade. The water in room didn’t get warm. Did notice black mold on ceiling above shower.

Hotel staff were present, friendly, and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. The temp control was excellent. The bathroom was weird. It was fine, but the tub/shower floor was concave to the point that the water didn't drain and the walls didn't feel clean. This is a comfortable place to stay for a night while you're on the road.
