No one was attending the food,biscuits weredriedout and hard as rocks,serving utensils caked with congiled gravy, eggs cold,out of coffee and the one pot that was there was cold. When I asked for coffee they said to go out in the lobby for some. Seemed to be understaffed,traveling work crews depleted breakfast buffet before guests got to eat.

Staff was horrible… They were not friendly. They were not cooperative. They gave us the wrong room. We booked a suite and they gave us a regular room with two beds. They did not accommodate. They did not have empathy. I was here for my wedding.

Staff was pleasant, just no room service. Even after asking. Only 1 out 7 days did we have bed straightened. Had to ask to have fresh towels.

First we said we needed 1st floor due to a handicap. They gave us 2nd floor. They had no elevator and the man said he would help us take the stuff up to our room but then he didn’t. When we got up there we turned the air on and a few hours later we finally said the air wasn’t working. They said to unplug it n plug it back in….it still didn’t work. Finally we called again n asked for a fan n we got a small individual fan that was supposed to be used for all of us. Went down for breakfast in the morning. No eggs, no syrup gir the French toast or waffles, no coffee. N they still had 2 hours left for breakfast. Very disappointed cuz they knew about all these things n didn’t try to compensate for any of it.

All in all, it was acceptable. I didn't understand no one being at the front desk when I arrived and no one responding to the call (there were directions to use the phone at the desk and dial 0). I did that several times. Another couple came in 5-10 minutes after I arrived and waited as well. Still, I get it. She was handling other duties (checking rooms?).
