Kitchen Full of Roaches
Check in process was easy, entry door had two handles that had to be turned simultaneously, which was slightly inconvenient but not a big deal. Upon entry the host had requested we wear the sandals provided, which were not in sanitary individual packaging so there was no way to know if they were new or used. So no way, I always pack house slippers regardless. In the kitchen there was food in the cabinets which had attracted roaches that were crawling all over. We cleaned up as many as we could but it was impossible. The dishwasher had broken prior to our arrival so we rewashed every dish and utensil before using due to the roach issue. There were 4 of us staying so this became extremely inconvenient. The wifi did not allow the TVs to connect to any streaming service because the speed was not sufficient for all the devices connected. The linens were okay but the towels were rough and slightly moist, which made them musty. We did not expect this listing to be in such a bad area, there was gunshots heard the first night and many sirens heard all weekend. I didn’t particularly feel safe or clean while staying here. I would not recommend this booking.
