The room was a good value; it was spacious, clean, quiet, and had a good work area. Bed was comfortable and bathroom reasonably stocked and clean. Staff was really top-notch. Breakfast was reasonable, kept well-stocked and included eggs and sausage. Only problem here is that the property itself is close to a heavily littered railroad right-of-way full of homeless people. Made me uneasy about the security of my car and I decided I wasn't about to go for a walk at night.

This property was conveniently located to the training at the nearby highschool. It is closely located next to a full array of restaurants and places to shop for necessities. Close to multiple gas stations. There were homeless present in surrounding properties down the street, but they were vacant lots. I felt secure in the facility and leaving and coming to the facility and my car. It is just somethign to be aware of. The facility was clean and neat and I would stay here again.

It’s a new property so it was clean and bathroom was modern but the walls are super thin we could hear conversations outside of our room and the footsteps of the people of the room above us. Considering it’s a new hotel we did expect better quality.
