Bed wasnt that comfortable, but the hotel was clean... spacious rooms... and staff was great!

Heart less

Gave me a room up stairs with a handicap child wheel chair bound .. I had to leave a few hours later with the thought of some thing happening an emergency I wouldn’t be able to take some down stairs.. They would not give me a refund …

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It appears that there was some misunderstanding regarding our pet policy and the type of room you needed, and we are very sorry for that. The reservation you booked and paid for through Expedia was for our Standard Double Queen Studio Suite and there were no notes of needing an ADA accessible room. Our hotel offers ADA accessible double queen rooms on each floor, except the 1st floor. While we do not have double queen rooms located on our 1st floor, we do have king bedrooms with a sofa bed that are wheelchair accessible. We offered to move you, however you declined and decided to checkout instead. Unfortunately, since you occupied room 218 for approximately 4 hours and our Housekeeping team had already gone for the day, we are not able to issue a refund.

Relaxing Stay

Our stay was great; everyone was super friendly and helpful. There is always someone available at the front desk and a great attitude. My kids love staying here for their delicious breakfast and cleanliness. They make our stay a pleasure, relaxing and stress-free.
