The location is hard to beat! We are near most major hospitals and 7 miles to Yosemite International airport, 1.5 hours to Sequoia National Park and an hour to the gate of Yosemite and Shaver Lake!

Access to the unit is through electronic keypad. We will provide you your code on the day we meet you to check you in.

Each room has its own ensuite bathroom and has a bonus loft on the second floor for more space. Use your own login and subscription on 2 smart TV's in the living room and in the loft area. The living room walks out to a patio and you have clubhouse access to the pool and fitness room.

No pets, no smoking, no drugs. We are looking for mature professionals who will not party and be respectful to our neighbors and treat the space as if it were your home. We request no shoes inside the unit.

This great home works best for mature travelers so please let us know what you're in the area for or where you'll be working. We do not have instant book for a reason as we like to vet our guests to see if you're a match for our unit.

We require a copy of the driver's license of all occupants, proof of contract, a signed lease/rental agreement within 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed to avoid booking cancellation.

Please note: We have a minimum 30 day stay requirement. A long-term lease will require a $39.99 background application fee through KeyCheck and a deposit equivalent to a month's rent. KeyCheck uses Transunion to pull reports (soft pull) - your score won't be impacted.
