The location is a NEWLY developed residential safe neighborhood. There is enough parking for 4 cars in the gated driveway area and garage. More cars are able to park on the street in front of the house. Do not park in the Alley way.

Smart doorbell (with motion detection) as well as external security camera system for security purposes.

If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay.

Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway.

Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.

Visited nearby nationals parks and was easy to get on our way. Food and grocery nearby. Quiet neighbors. Easy check in and out. Smoked my future daughter in law in darts, so that was good also. :)

Great central spot for parks

This home was very spacious and in a decent neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. We went to all 3 National Parks and the longest drive to one was 1.5 hours. It was clean and new.

Nice and convenient

This house located in a hub for visiting the surrounding major National parks (Yosemite, Sequoia King Canyon, etc) Located in friendly, safe and quiet neighborhood close to many shopping centers and gas stations. The host provided great communication from start to the end of our trip. The house is spacious enough for our group of 9 adults, well stocked with essentials, roomy two car garage and a nice patio to entertain our large group. Thank you, we'll book again.

Super clean in great neighborhood!

Myself and three members of our organization stayed in this beautiful home over a weekend to attend events in the area. We couldn’t have picked a better place! Super clean, super comfortable beds and in a great location. If you’re looking to stay in the Fresno area, I doubt you can do any better than this property.
