Escroquerie manifeste

Cet hĂŽtel n’en est pas un : c’est une escroquerie dont je demande le remboursement ! Il n’y a pas d’accueil, les parties communes sont sales, les chambres sont sales et pas faites, les draps ont dĂ©jĂ  servis. L’accessibilitĂ© au chambre nous a Ă©tĂ© impossible et le support technique fait par un robot conversationnelle pas adapte. Je ne comprends pas comment cet Ă©tablissement n’est pas ferme au public vue la dangerositĂ© du lieu oĂč vous pouvez attraper toutes les maladies possibles.

Ce n’est pas un hîtel mais un Escape game

Horrrible, Ă  fuir ! 1 h pour accĂ©der Ă  la chambre car le systĂšme de gestion informatique de leurs boites Ă  clĂ©s est dĂ©faillant. Sans aucun personnel il faut appeler une hotline qui met 1 h Ă  rĂ©soudre le pb. D’autres clients ont eus les mĂȘmes aventures que moi quelques jours avant. Pour quitter la chambre j’ai mis plus de 30 min car le systĂšme ne permettait pas que je rende la clé encore la hotline a appeler: Ce n’est pas un hĂŽtel mais un escape game !

A fuir absolument

J'ai reçu un courriel deux jours avant pour faire le check-in en ligne, puis le mĂȘme le lendemain alors que j'avais dĂ©jĂ  fait le nĂ©cessaire. Je devais recevoir un courriel le jour mĂȘme Ă  16h, Ă  17h je ne l'avais toujours pas. Je contacte la rĂ©ception par whatsapp, 20 minutes pour me donner les informations nĂ©cessaires. J'ai droit Ă  un upgrade, jacuzzi et fourmis dans la salle de bain. 35 minutes pour me proposer une autre chambre, me donner des codes de check-in et check-out qui ne fonctionnent pas. HĂŽtel des annĂ©es 60 ou 70 jamais rafraĂźchi, vouĂ© Ă  la dĂ©molition, qui est exploitĂ© Ă  moindre frais

Minimalstandards nicht erfĂŒllt

Es gab KEIN WC Papier im Badezimmer - schliesslich fanden wir im Gang. Es gab trotzdem, dass zwei Personen angemeldet waren, nur ein Frotteetuch. Es war trotz guter Kommunikation per Whatsapp nicht möglich ein zweites Tuch zu organisiseren. Kaffee oder Tee konnte man im Zimmer nicht machen: Wie soll man mit einem Wasserkocher Kaffeekapseln erhitzen? Zustand Kaffeemaschine im gemeinsam zu nutzenden Salon völlig verkalkt. SchlĂŒsselempfang hat tipptopp funktioniert, die RĂŒckgabe nicht, da das SchlĂŒsseldepot trotz korrekter Codeeingabe keine Klappe geöffnet hat. Es muss ein Depot von 150CHF bezahlt werden. Die vielen verschiedenen Rechnungen und Zahlungsteile sind unĂŒbersichtlich und man muss mĂŒhsam zusammenklauben, was man jetzt eigentlich bezahlt hat und was nicht. Sehr gĂŒnstig im Preis, aber nervenaufreibend im Genuss.
