A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity with links to nearby shopping centers, the airport and the lake. Distance to the fair only 400m.

The 45 sqm apartment with terrace is equipped with a large double bed, sofa bed, Smart TV, fast WiFi and much more. You can park for free and check in yourself at any time.

The living room

This newly renovated apartment is characterized above all by its very high level of comfort and modern, new furnishings. Whether you want to relax after a hard day's work or after a long sightseeing trip through Lake Constance - you've come to the right place.

The new modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. Some basics like spices or coffee are also available. Feel free to use my brand new hob and oven to conjure up the dish of your choice. There is also a microwave and a coffee machine. There are sufficient pots, pans, plates, cutlery and sharp knives.

The living room is the heart of my apartment. There is space for 4 people at the dining table. Here you will also find a comfortable couch to relax. If necessary, the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed with slatted frame, so that a sleeping area of 1.40 mx 2.00 m is created for up to two people.

The bedroom has a very cozy 1.60mx 2.00m bed ready for you so that you are in top shape the next day. It is very quiet in the apartment and since there is hardly any traffic on the street, you can sleep here in peace.

In a freshly renovated daylight bathroom, not only a shower is waiting for you, but also towels. You will also find a hair dryer with a lot of power there.
