Friendliness seems to be a foreign concept at check in. We arrived 45 minutes early and were greated with 'Your reservation starts at 3pm. You can check in at 3pm'. Unfortunately, the room itself didn't offer much comfort either: no climate control, no heating either, and soundproofing was minimal enough that we could clearly hear conversations from neighboring guests. No coffee maker. Everything smelled weird and felt damp. On the giid side, the rooms are large and the backyard is beautiful.

The hotel and the rooms were beautiful and functional. The location by the lake is stunning. Sauna is a bonus. However, not having a coffee machine or the kettle in the room was a problem as the only way to get a coffee/tea in the morning was in the restaurant which is located in a different building across the courtyard. Definitely not handy on a rainy day. Also no fridge or mini bar in the room. Would have liked some more options in the bathroom such as body lotion and conditioner apart from the shampoo and the soap.

Excellent with a few glitches

Amazing place with cool concrete and wood construction. Very good restaurant with a beautiful breakfast menu, with outstanding views over Lake Constance. A couple of oddities: our standard room had no details of hotel services such as restaurant opening times, spa details etc. Also, the room heating is centrally controlled so you have to put up with preselected temperatures. There is no phone to connect with the hotel reception and no fridge.

Super Hotel am See. Toller Blick. In Summe ein Traum. Natürlich könnte in Detail gemeckert werden, nicht weil was nicht passt, sondern weil das Konzept so ist wie es ist. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Eigentlich alles szper, aberr meiner Meinung nach darf das Personal etwas freundlicheer sein. Speziell im Pinus Restaurant. Zudem sollte das Restaurant Konzept überdacht werden. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht für das man ein Nouvelle Cuisine Rest. sein will. Lage, Zimmer Komfort ist Top.

Die Lage direkt am See inmitten eines großen, alten Parks ist bei diesem Hotel das absolute Plus. Unmöglich dagegen finde ich, und so etwas habe ich auch noch bei keinem anderen Hotel erlebt, dass der Hotelgast derart hohe Parkgebühren zu entrichten hat: 1€ pro Stunde, rund um die Uhr. Das ist schon ein Knaller.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft mit wundervoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Zudem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Etwas negative Punkte sind das teure Parken und der (im Vergleich zur Unterkunft und der Anzahl an Gästen) "kleine" Spa-Bereich.
