Ferienhaus Seemannsgarn 2 with Wi-Fi and SKY

Our cottage Seemannsgarn 2 was newly renovated in 2017 and 2018. Our guests appreciate the amenities of a modern holiday home with a maritime flair. The corner house with the red roof is surrounded by a small green area and a parking lot in front of the house. Beach chair and our logo, the sailor, are clearly visible.

We offer free 8 Sky TV stations in Full HD, which sweeten your stay not only in bad weather. Brand new series on Sky Atlantic, premium live sports on 4 Sky Sport channels and family entertainment on Sky Cinema Family, Disney Cinemagic and Sky 1. Without any extra charge.

We are a child and senior friendly house. We offer a step and barrier-free access to the house, ground-level sleeping and living for 2 people in the EC. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are also on the ground floor. For 2 persons no stairs are necessary. Another 2 persons plus 1 small child can sleep in the spacious upper floor.

In our combined living / dining area with couch, dining table and table as well as a 124 cm flat screen with SmartTV (Internet) and large assorted program and broadcasts variety in German and other languages.

Free Wi-Fi (unlimited locally slow), USB wall socket, Hi-Fi compact system, Internet and DAB + radio and large games for the whole family and books can also be super bad weather days bridged. A weather station with satellite-controlled four-day weather forecast is ideal for trip planning. Cloakroom and shoe rack are located in the entrance area. Large windows overlook the garden.

In the kitchen, cooking is fun: dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven and toaster, kettle and coffee maker are available and in 2017 newly purchased.

In the bathroom with natural light we were thinking of storage space. A hairdryer and a hot water bottle are available, you will also find a rain shower with hand shower and a low child- and senior-friendly washbasin.

The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed with bedside table, alarm clock and reading lamp. There is also a spacious wardrobe with integrated safe for free use.
The bedroom upstairs with its large triangular window has a double bed with bedside table, alarm clock and reading lamp, satellite TV and wardrobe.

Outside:
Take advantage of the spacious covered terrace with a large seating and dining area. For the most part, sheltered from the wind and rain, the terrace is practical even in bad weather.
We are a Non smoking house, but under the covered terrace smokers will find their place.
Beach chair and barbecue are also available. Bicycles can be accommodated under the covered terrace. A small private garden area in front of the house completes the outdoor offer.

Washroom:
In the common laundry room, the new 8 kg washing machine and a new 10 kg dryer are ready for common use. The use is of course free for our guests.

To reach the holiday home Seemannsgarn 2, navigate to Möwenweg 6, 25718 Friedrichskoog and park directly in front of the left corner house. If you arrive at the Strandweg depending on the navigation device, continue to Parallelweg, turn left and then left again into Glurenstieg and then second left into Regentütenstieg and straight on towards the dike to Möwenweg 6.

Location:
Our cottages are close to the beach and idyllic in a quiet residential street, about 60 meters to the dike / connoisseur beach behind dike. The North Sea starts almost on the doorstep. Take a walk on the dike and enjoy the incredible panorama. You will feel the North Sea feeling and Thalasso climate in every season of the year in our renovated Seemannsgarn holiday homes. The healthy North Sea climate of the peninsula Friedrichskoog with iodine-containing mild sea air and salty wind is soothing for body and mind. Here you will experience a natural landscape that is unique in the world: the Wadden Sea.

Our service for you:
Our on-site cleaning service will be your local contact for the entire stay when it comes to cleanliness. In addition, our manager is available to you by phone. We want your stay to be special. We are pleased to welcome you as our guests and thank you for your best rating.

Particularities:
A separate telephone number is available in the house, free unlimited calls to German landlines can be made. In addition, our guests can call any number of times or divert their number directly to the house. Mailbox and doorbell are also there, so you can have your mail sent from home. Long-term guests are welcome year-round.

Tourist tax:
The tourism service Friedrichskoog raises a tourist tax of a maximum of 2.50 per day and adult depending on the season. The holiday guest agrees to pay the visitor's tax before the holiday starts. The owner will bebzgl. Contact the guest after booking.

Christmas and New Years Eve:
Arrivals are not possible on the 25th, 12th, 12th and 01st of January, as our on-site cleaning service is not available on these days. Please do not book any arrival on these days, but you can leave on any of these days. If you have accidentally booked the arrival on this day, we will contact you for a change.
