Not up to par for the amount of money we paid for this rental! The home is beautiful; however, we were notified on our arrival day that the main level AC was not working and a part had been ordered. We also received a text from someone (realty or owner?) that there were portable AC units available. We chose to get settled with family and try the first night. On the next day we called Railey Vacations and told them it was quite hot and humid, could they bring the portable AC units. The representative told us they could not put AC units in, but they could provide box fans. The owner had numerous fans in the house and we chose to use them. They helped, but it was quite uncomfortable. We ended up calling the third day to relay we had the following issues: a breaker blew when using the washing machine, the oven did not heat in a timely manner, and the garbage disposal did not work. A gentleman came and discovered a breaker was tripped. We need to mention lack of cleanliness: the Keurig filter as disgusting! We also lifted the hot tub cover, and it was filthy and scummy so we chose not to allow our kids to use it. In addition, there were no sheets on the top bunk bed, and the fitted sheet on the main level bedroom did not fit.
