The Space:

230 Tennis Club Villa is located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, and Guest Services. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. The Sandbar, Island Bites, Beach Club, and adult and kid's pools are all within walking distance along with the beach. Enjoy your large private deck that overlooks the beautiful marsh and canal for the chance to see amazing wildlife every day! This property comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.



New flooring in 2025 along with a complete interior upgrade in 2024! Window AC unit added in upstairs bedroom in 2025. Interior completely redone including new vinyl floors throughout the home, brand new contemporary furniture and dressers along with new kitchen appliances. Bathrooms upgraded with new flooring, showers and cabinets, along with a half bathroom added near front door. King bed on the first-floor primary bedroom, 2nd floor bedroom has a king bed and twin daybed with twin trundle, 3 TVs with Hargray Cable and high-speed wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer. Electric grill on the back deck!

The View:

From the back deck, you have a 180-degree view of the Harbor River at high tide, and at low tide the sprawling marshland is revealed, completed with the 175 species of birds that call Fripp Island home.
