Fripp Island Heaven Ideally Located to Everything

This rental home is truly 'heaven on earth!' A secluded and private setting ideally located on Fripp Island. Not only is this home situated on a fabulous lot, the inside is unbelievable! This is not your typical beach house. 374 Yellow Tang is a home. A home beautifully decorated and stocked full of luxuries you'd never image in a beach rental! 4 amenity cards included with weekly rentals with additional cards available for $55 a piece for the week.

Inside you'll find hardwood floors, Smart TV's, wireless internet service, a crib and a well stocked kitchen. Just a few of the necessities of home! Two four seated golf carts are included with your rental as a convenience. Please know they are older and tuned up every year. If you are looking for fast, state of the art carts you may want to rent an additional from Fripp Island.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows; 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. This home is one level and also has an outside shower to rinse off the sand before entering the home

This is a wonderful home located right at the heart of Fripp, close to the beach, golf course, cabana club pool, and marina. The two included carts were very welcome and make traveling to other parts of the island a breeze. Doug and Angela were wonderful hosts, they provided all information upfront and were very welcoming! Our family hopes to stay here again very soon!

Perfect family getaway!

We loved the property & can't wait to go back next year! The owners have taken great care of the home and everything we needed for our week-long stay was at our fingertips. We especially loved having two golf carts available for our family so we could either do things together or separately on the island. We arrived on September 5th and everything was perfect! The home is in such a great location to anything and everything on Fripp Island. The house is great for a family vacation! The owners provide two golf carts so you are less than 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, 5 minutes to the marina and Bonita Boathouse. A short drive to the Cabana Club or Sand Bar. All we could talk about on the way back to Atlanta was when we should return for another relaxing week and only choose this great home. Thank you Angela and Doug !!

I was disappointed in the condition of the property. It was not clean. A dirty sponge was left on the kitchen sink, the house clearly had not been swept as there were cheetos left in the bedroom, the coffee pot was nasty and clearly had not been cleaned, the blinds had not been dusted, and the description of the pool table was definitely not accurate (it was not playable).

The house is in a great location. We have stayed on the island for 7 years and we rent houses in the front of the island. This house was great for where our teenage boys like to hang out. The house has a great layout. It’s big enough for my big family. It could have been cleaned way better and it needs some TLC. It needs a few things updated. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced and some other stuff.
