Mountainside 523 in Frisco, Colorado is an updated private home offering an excellent base for your Summit County vacation. With a large property update completed in Fall 2021, this 3-bedroom home combines comfort, privacy, and access to outstanding community amenities.

Located just five blocks south of Main Street Frisco, you’ll enjoy easy walking access to local shops and restaurants. The Summit County bike path and numerous hiking trails are nearby, and Frisco’s central location provides convenient access to four major ski areas.

Unlike traditional condo units, this private home does not share walls with neighboring properties while still offering full access to the Mountainside clubhouse, which features an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, three outdoor hot tubs, and WiFi.

Sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, two Twin beds in the third bedroom, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the den.

The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, complimentary WiFi, private laundry facilities, and a private one-car garage to keep your vehicle warm and snow-free during the winter months.

Very nice, well kept unit, tons of room to spread out and all the amenities of home.Right across the street from the indoor pool/hot tubs, and only a few blocks from the Main Street. We will choose this unit in the future if it’s open during our stays.

Perfect friends get away!

The adorable rental was perfect for me and 5 of my friends. We went skiing in copper which was only a 15 min drive from the rental and just a short walk from Friscos Main Street where we got food and drinks. The property is very nice and we loved the multi level layout so everyone has their own personal space. We also appreciated the additional amenities such as all cooking utensils and additional blankets. The place exceed our expectations! Thank you for opening your home to us :)

Perfect ski getaway!

What a gem!! Our family of 5 stayed in this lovely home for a quick ski vacation. The house is filled with everything you could ever need. The kitchen was immaculate and FULLY equipped, with every type of appliance & tool. A cabinet filled with board games & puzzles was perfect for family down time near the fireplace. And what a treat it was to have access to the private heated indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, & sauna directly across the street! The nearby Main Street of town is filled with wonderful restaurants and shops, and your choice of mountains to ski is very close by. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great home away from home.

Nice spacious house in a great location in Frisco. Perfect for a ski trip to the Summit!

We stayed here with my wife and three kids for a quick ski weekend over MLK. Frisco location is great for skiing the nearby resorts. House was very spacious and clean and worked great for my family...plenty of beds and bath rooms and a well equipped kitchen. The garage is also great, especially in the winter so no need to clean the snow off the car in the morning. I would like to see the master bed and pillows upgraded to something more comfortable. Adding a TV in the main living area would also be a nice touch for the entire family to chill and watch a movie in front of the gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes. Big Horns rentals were very accommodating and friendly and responded to all our questions in a timely manner. I would stay here again and recommend to others.
