Outstanding Amenities! Stunning Views! Perfect Location!

Our condo is a short walk to all the shops, restaurants & nightlife Frisco has to offer. Beautiful mountain views. Free Wifi, cable and covered parking. Excellent, recently remodeled amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, tennis, volleyball, and racketball courts. Recently updated (November of 2022) with new carpet, tile, paint, appliances, lighting and bedroom furniture. Ideally located near 5 major ski resorts!

The condo has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen and king bed, with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the second full bathroom down the hall. The living room has a loveseat with a pull out twin sleeper. There are great views from the deck, which is equipped with a propane grill. In November of 2022 I have updated the condo with many new cosmetic and practical updates including new carpet, tile, paint, appliances, lighting and bedroom furniture. There are still things that need updating (I am looking at you... bathrooms). The condo is super conveniently located with wonderful amenities and plenty of beds for everyone. Cozy 850 sf, the condo is furnished with an eye towards functionality and efficiency. To save space I have included a coffee table that converts to a dining table and folding upholstered dining chairs that easily stow out of the way. Also, all of the bedroom end tables have built-in outlets, so you will never have to search for an outlet to charge your electronics. We have covered parking for 1 car, as well as additional uncovered parking if needed.

All was as advertised. Great location to get to Keystone and Breck (and Copper although we didn’t visit on this trip). Snow could have been better this year. Well stocked kitchen with excellent selection of spices. Whole place was clean. Community hot tub was an excellent choice after skiing. Couldn’t get the gas grill to work but didn’t spend much time messing with it but guessing the tank was empty. Would definitely stay again!!

We appreciated that we could bring our labradoodle with us. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner made it easy to communicate with her and answered questions promptly. We enjoyed the views and the hiking trail that ran behind the condo building. We had family staying at another Mountainside property on Fifth Ave so the convenience of being close was important. This was two weeks before Christmas and skiing at Copper Mountain was OK. We visited a troll in Breckenridge, ate at Bluebird Market in Silverthorne and had pizza at Greco's in Frisco.

Our host, Michelle, was super responsive. Always very quick with responses. We had an internet hardware issue, and she responded immediately, and even organized repair within a couple of hours--on a Sunday! Can't ask for much more in this price range.

It was nice to take a morning walk with the little dog in this quiet and friendly neighborhood. Excellent layout was great for all of us. Kitchen was stocked with all kinds of cooking pans, pots and utensils, including a few things left by previous vacationers! We left a few things as well. The back deck had a beautiful view to make my morning coffee time even better. Michelle was a delight to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. This is at the top of my list for a Frisco-Dillon stay. ❀

Location is perfect

Condo was what we needed for our ski vacation and it allows pets which was amazing. Location is perfect. Needs some updates especially the bathrooms but clean and had all the kitchen amenities. Check in was delayed due to cleaning staff still being there. Couldn’t check in until 430. Pool and hot tub need updating.
