Cosy and warm through the winter with geothermal energy! Our holiday home requires neither gas nor oil. Please contact us for special conditions for long-term stays during the winter. This modern and extensively equipped house Wiesengasse 21 by T&T Ferienresidenzen GmbH is located in the midst of the impressive mountains of the Zillertal. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 9 people on 146 sqm with four bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub, shower and WC, 1 bathroom with shower and WC, 1 spacious living room with modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a sun terrace and on the top floor a wellness area (sauna) with approx. 30 sqm roof terrace. From here you have a fantastic view of the Zillertal and the mountain landscape.

The accommodation is very close to the Fügen-Spieljoch ski area (450 m from the Spieljochbahn ski lift) and is 2.5 km from the 18-hole golf course in the Zillertal and 1.3 km from the Erlebnistherme Zillertal, which is open all year round.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. 3 free private parking spaces are available directly at the property.

A geothermal system provides cosy warmth in winter and pleasant cooling on hot summer days.

Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, après-ski, ski school, etc. are within walking distance.
PS House 19 and house 21 can also be rented together for larger groups (up to 16 people)!

Amazing stay

Top Unterkunft für eine größere Gruppe

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit 4 Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und einem großen Wohn-/Essraum ideal für eine größere Gruppe. Der Service von der Buchung bis zum Auszug ist perfekt organisiert und funktioniert absolut reibungslos.

Sehr schöner Skiurlaub mit der Familie

Das Objekt ist neu, funktional vom Schnitt und geschmackvoll von der Einrichtung her. Sehr schöne Bäder und Terrassen. Da fühlt man sich sofort wohl und heimisch. Die ganze Familie hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
