This combi wall-folding bed was newly manufactured in 2023 and is described as being of very high quality, offering the best sleeping comfort at night while providing pleasant living comfort during the day. A dining table completes the living area, making the space equally suited for relaxing and dining. A kitchenette is located in the entrance and is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also includes a bathroom and a separate WC.
