Wonderful holiday in H10 Esmeralda

Very laid back, very relaxed feel. Food was 10/10. In a good location with amazing beaches not far away.

Spacious rooms and grounds
Posted May 23, 2022 on HotelsExcellent hotel and facilities. Bit of a walk (sloping with few steps) to beach and bear in mind one has to pay for the sunbeds/umbrella on the beach.

Poor food and service

i thought the hotel was very comfortable, nicely designed, nice buffet restaurant and al la carte restaurant(for privileged guests if on all inclusive basis, the staff were very attentive and really professional,

Wonderful Christmas Break
Posted Dec. 27, 2021 on HotelsWonderful service. Beautifully decorated for Xmas. Choice of 3 restaurants for food. Great cocktails. Definitely worth upgrading to privilege Be warned….pool not heated.

Big hotel
Posted Nov. 13, 2021 on HotelsHotel was very big lots of walking to do so when you are not told everything at reception you have to walk around to find out things like where to get pool towels and entertainment available as these things are it clear on arrival more info for guests needed.
