L'hôtel est très propre, très bien placé. L'accès à la plage privé est très pratique. Personnel adorable.
Par contre, l'eau des piscines est trop froide. Seule la première est soit disant chauffée (22° grand max). Du coup les piscines sont vides.

Agréable, seul bémol y’a rien autour, si on veut visiter il faut voiture, en bus c compliqué

Even if on their website it is stated that there is 1 adult heated swimming pool, none of them were heated : the water was 16°C !!!! Impossible to swim and we came for that. It is not acceptable when everybody is coming for cold countries to enjoy the weather, swimming pool of such hotel. We complained about that and it was very difficult to get a reduction. We finally got an upgrade for 2 nights only, which is not sufficient. I wanted to move and go to an other hotel, it brought a lot of stress and we didn’t enjoy our holidays.
Additionally, it is stated that the hotel is brand new, it is not true. The room were acceptable but the rest of the hotel is just very old and not very shinny.
Even if it is stated that the hotel is located on a beautiful beach, you have to pay for a deck chair on the beach...
The food and drinks were good except for the food during the day for the all-in.
Most of the people working there were very friendly : at the restaurant everybody was. But at the bars and reception it was totally different. I don’t understand it during a period where there are almost no tourist.
We found Maria from the bar the less friendly person. Her behaviour was unacceptable. People were afraid to order when she was working. She looked always not happy, never smiling and did inappropriate réflexions to the clients. She should not work in the tourism...
We thought it would have been much better.

-la propreté
-la gentillesse d'une partie du personnel (au restaurant, les photographes Daniella & Nicholas, les femmes de chambre)
-la nourriture variée tous les jours. un conseil: optez pour le tout inclus plutôt que la demi pension (sinon l'eau et les boissons seront payantes...)
-4 piscines, l'accès à la plage, un spa, une salle de sport avec le minimum vital (banc, altères, vélos, tapis, rameur, poulie) même si le banc développé couché est rouillé...
-un accès direct à la plage
mauvais points:
-le côté pas très commercial du personnel, peut mieux faire
-la nécessité de louer une voiture si vous voulez "de l'ambiance" car l'hôtel est situé dans un endroit isolé
-20euros par heure supplémentaire pour check out après midi
-le coffre est payant 3.10 euros par jour
-les cloisons : très fines... cool pour les "voyeurs" ;-)
