Het is een en heel leuk huis om in te verblijven. Je komt binnen in de woonkamer met de keuken en eettafel. Grote fijne luxe koelkast. Daarna loop je door naar de badkamer. En daarna de trap naar de kelder alwaar twee slaapkamers en een badkamer zijn. Heerlijke ruime kamers met een overdekte “binnentuin” en ruimer waar wasmachine staat. Na de trap een slaapkamer ruim genoeg en daarachter een terras. Via dat terras toegang tot het bbq terrasboven op het huis. Met een fantastische buitendouche.
Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus abseits der "Touristen-Hochburgen". Absolut empfehlenswert und eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Super nette Vermieterin.

Owner is very responsive. The numbering of the units, unit numbers inside entry alcove not facing the road, made it difficult to find the key holder. Property was clean inside, lovely kitchen and bed linen. Main living area had damp in window area and ceiling and could use a lick of paint. If English speaking, the only english channels on the tele were a few news channels, no entertainment channels. With narrow stairs, innadequate lighting and no handrail in the stairwell made using the lower level difficult particularly when carrying anything. No comfortable seating on the terraces and privacy walls needed a bit of clean up. Bbq grill needed attention. Out of owner's control is the fact that neighbors were building on to their units which made for a very noisy stay.

résidence parfaite pour une famille, beaucoup moins pour des occupants différents:en effet, il faut traverser la chambre principale pour accéder aux très agréables terrasses! compliments à l'architecte qui a ainsi réparti les pièces.
L'électricité et quelques robinets auraient besoin d'un coup de jeune.

A lovely appaertment on a friendly complex with lovely views ofrom the coast, hills and town
The appartment is clean and spacious. We are a family of five and managed to have a very relaxing stay. The facilities are good within the apartment and the pool area is lovely too with a friendly atmosphere and not too busy. There are two terraces, one covered to provide some shade the other open for the sun and great for the barbecue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf den Terrassen verbracht, die genügend Platz bieten. Vor allem die Dachterrasse mit Dusche hat uns gefallen. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen allerdings einen Mietwagen, damit man die Insel und die vielen schönen Strände entdecken kann.
Wir hatten also einen schönen Urlaub mit unserer Familie in Fuerteventura.

Très bon séjour - Très bon rapport qualité / prix
Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes avec 3 adolescents.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Fuerteventura. C'est une île très reposante, calme, nature, sauvage avec de jolis paysages. Nous avons apprécié ce côté paysage "non touristique" pas d'immeubles sur la côte. Nous avons loué une voiture dès l'aéroport. Indispensable pour visiter toute l'île. Ce que nous avons réussi à faire tranquillement en une semaine (via les routes et chemins de "terre" qui longent la côte). La maison de Patricia est proche de l'aéroport ce qui est appréciable, à 2mn du Centre de Caleta et au centre de l'Ile ce qui permet de visiter le Nord et le Sud très facilement. A notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sylviane, qui nous a indiqué les points stratégiques de l'Ile et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes. La maison est agréable, très propre et est équipée des ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires et linges de maison. Nous avons eu juste eu quelques problèmes avec la télévision que nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner. Mais nous n'étions pas là pour regarder la TV. Cela n'a donc pas été gênant et nous avons signalé le souci à Patricia qui doit remédier à ce problème. Patricia depuis le début de notre réservation (courant septembre 2017) a toujours répondu rapidement à toutes nos interrogations. Elle a toujours été très disponible. Et les échanges en "français" avec Patricia et Sylviane ont facilité notre séjour. En conclusion, nous sommes ravis de nos vacances et c'est avec plaisir que nous y reviendrons.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt
Reihenhaus an der Costa de Antigua, rund 2km vom Ferienort Caleta de Fuste. Wir empfehlen einen Mietwagen. Einige Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist neu und gut ausgestattet. Wünschenswert wären neue Terrasenmöbel und eine neue Couch. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin per Mail klappte gut.
