Nice hotel - modern decor and nice room. Parking although free in the local area is difficult so recommend paying for the car park.

Terrible experience , dirty hotel , very noisy next to main roads and the traffic . Staffs are very rude and not helpful , there is no complimentary coffee or tea meanwhile I paid almost $300 per night for a tiny room . Besides the noise from the traffics outside , The elevator next to me room made so much noise until after mid-night , staffs who do the cleaning there start making noise from 6 am in the morning and I can barely sleep .

Great place to stay. Fussen is stunning and well worth a good walk around the old town. Comfortable room and breakfast was amazing. The staff were really friendly too

We spent one night at the hotel. Very convenient location. Liked the underground parking although very tight spots. Room was small, but had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, mini bar, air conditioning. We had dinner at the restaurant. Food was good, although it took a long time to be served. Our waiter was extremely rude, unprofessional and insulting. Upon checkout, we were never asked how our stay was. Overall liked the hotel, but the staff needs training on customer service.

The hotel is well located, which is just about the only positive thing one can say about the place. Best Avoided would be a more apt name for the hotel
