Train delayed past our check in time, & property sent a detailed video with instructions to allow us to check in on our own. Spacious, clean & beautiful room. A/C & instant coffee in the room was a plus. Good breakfast at reasonable price. Thankful we found this place. Great price and location.

Clean with some quirks

Great service, the room was clean if strangely laid out. We opted for 3 beds and one had no outlets near it, which was inconvenient. The bathroom was long and skinny, a bit difficult to maneuver in. But it was nice overall.

The interior of the hotel was very beautiful and clean, and there is a gift shop attached also with great souvenirs. The room was amazing, everything was clean and modern, and the artwork in the walls was very nice. Our room had a balcony that was above the parking lot, but you could also see the mountains and hills, along with the city architecture! The location right next to the train station which was very convenient on arrival and parting. All the staff except one lady was very nice, and the breakfast was also pretty decent! I would definitely stay here again!

Property was in a decent location, parking was available but a small lot. Had a good shower although ours had a broken soap and shampo dispenser. We had no soap, thank god I bought my own. The bottle was on the floor of the shower. We had two twin beds that the mattresses were worn out. It was clean and wasn’t run down, but could have been better

My stay was good, location was perfect. There was only one concern I had. The bathroom in room 121 had a strong sewer smell. I’m not sure if other guests had the same issue in their rooms but this was the first time I’ve ever experienced this before in a hotel. I did not let the front desk know, we were too busy & got in late both nights.
