Friendly service. Excellent amenities including shuttle to train station and breakfast. Beautiful view of Mt Fuji from our room and rooftop. If we hadn’t stayed here we would have missed seeing Mr. Fuji since it was cloudy and raining. We happened to look out our room window to see a glimpse and rushed to the rooftop to see its wondrous sight.

The room was big even for 3 guests. We love the tatami section in the room. Staff were polite and helpful with the check-in as well as answering some questions about transportation from the hotel to the train station. Some areas of improvement. Add 1 or 2 more vans for transporting the guests between the hotel and train station. Allow the guests to set the air conditioning unit to be able to cool the room (we were told that the unit has been set to only blow warm air given that it was late autumn).

Quite location with friendly staff, within 10 minutes walking distance of the bus drop off location. Our mountain view room had Tatami Mats, which was a neat experience.

Initially, it wasn't easy to speak with the staff as we do not speak Japanese. The rooms were a little worn down with stained carpet. When we asked for help after we checked in, the team was very responsive.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walking from the station and close by a grocery store and food options. The location is prime to see Mount Fuji as long as the clouds don’t obscure the mountain! There is a roof top terrace for viewing. The room was spacious and they do provide new towels daily. The bathroom is the standard Japanese style. There is breakfast available too that is Japanese style. Overall, would recommend to anyone staying in the Mount Fuji area to stay here.

Exceptional view to Mt Fuji from the roof terrace and from some bedrooms. Very helpful and polite staff. The breakfast is not great but is ok. Surprisingly, the hotel restaurant is near the station (15 min walk) but this is ok because the hotel provides transport. The food there is very good. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again.
