I booked this property last minute while traveling solo and exhausted. The location and views near Mount Fuji are beautiful, and the room itself was clean. However, the stay fell short in terms of guest support and service. I encountered issues with basic amenities and had difficulty getting assistance when I needed help. When I attempted to escalate my concerns, they were not resolved, and communication was challenging due to the language barrier. Ultimately, I chose to leave early because I did not feel supported or comfortable continuing the stay. At this price point and star rating, I expected high quality guest services. This property may be fine for travelers who are very self-sufficient and fluent in Japanese, but I would caution solo or international travelers who may need assistance during their stay.

The staff were very hospitable and kind. The rooms were dusty, but clean overall. The most beautiful view of Mt Fuji with the open air bath tub on the balcony. We loved our stay. Food was okay, very very expensive but was worth it.

Beautiful, spacious hotel with great view of Mt Fuji (when the sky is clear). The private onsens are great! Amenities are nice and plentiful. However, not many restaurant options nearby (if you don't choose to eat at the hotel's French restaurant).

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Excellent amenities. Excellent private and public onsens. Quiet. Calm. Relaxing. I slept like a. Baby for 13 hours after a massage and two hours at the onsen. Great breakfast too!!! Incredible stay.
