My stay was mostly positive, but the centrally-controlled HVAC meant we had no control over room temperature, and the room ended up being warmer than expected. Going forward, I'll be avoiding APA locations that don't allow self-control over the air conditioning.

Convenient to transportation. Easy to get around. Rooms are extremely small with no daily house keeping. Bag of new supplies left on the door. Room was well organized and functional but the bed was tiny for two people. Almost no floor space to walk around. Not in the room except to sleep so no problem. Would recommend!

Perfectly located near hakata station but without all the road noise. Clean and beautiful facilities. This was a wonderful place to stay. When booking your accommodation, as a foreigner, make sure to use your full legal name that appears on your passport. This seems to be a cultural pain point when trying to confirm your identity.

The room is small but everything I need is there. Check in and out is very efficient, it would show in your TV 10 minutes before you check out and if you wish to extend your stay, you can just click it from your TV, no need to call. Location!

Hotel is just across Hakata Station. Lots of restos nearby, there’s a Daily Yamazaki and Family Mart near the hotel. Beds are ok, but a little dusty. Rooms are very small.
