Room was big and good, but the toilet was smelly especially right after flushing, location was good, short walk to shopping streets, train stations and various other amenities.

the staffs are all friendly, especially Mr. Shing, he was so kind to explain the hotel room and membership at our first stay here. We used to stay in Oriental Hakata station.
Good to receive a ticket for our stay this trip at Cafe Cross Point, their cake pastries are all delicious.
I am sure we will be back to the same hotel group in our next visit.
