Great location right across the street from jr hakata station. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a very nice size for Japan standards.

POOR CHECK OUT EXPERIENCE

The stay here was fantastic until our check out & the service terrible. I met with receptionist the night before & asked for her to book me a taxi to the airport (just like I had done so at other hotels in Japan). She told me she was not able to make a reservation the night before & gave instructions to see staff the next morning when we were ready to leave at 4.45am for an early morning flight at Fukuoka airport. Next morning the receptionist told me that if I needed a taxi I would need to walk to the taxi stand at Hakata station to find a taxi. Thank you very much for being of NO HELP !! I'll find another hotel the next time I'm in Fukuoka with better customer service !!!

Great Service

Checked in and the room they had for us smelled like cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and a guy immediately came up stairs, apologized and got us a new room (slightly bigger). Lot of options in this area and one of the reasons I chose Blossom was their high rating. I’m glad I did. They were extremely professional and treated the customer right.
